IELTS Retake Training
IELTS Retake Training for Repeat Test Takers
A personalised IELTS preparation programme for candidates who have already taken IELTS and need another attempt to achieve their required band score for work, study or migration.
Not Every IELTS Retake Requires the Same Preparation
A previous IELTS result tells us more than simply whether you passed or failed to reach your target. It can help identify which areas may require further attention and whether your next preparation should focus on a particular module, examination strategies, language development, mock tests and feedback, or a combination of these.
Your Latest IELTS Result Is Required Before Admission
To be considered for our individual IELTS retake training, candidates are required to submit a copy of one of their latest IELTS Test Report Forms. The faculty reviews the result before recommending where the training should begin and which areas should receive priority.
This helps us avoid placing every repeat test taker into the same fixed course.
Your Training Plan Is Individually Customised
Depending on your previous IELTS result and individual requirements, your preparation may begin at different levels. Some candidates may need focused work on one IELTS module, while others may benefit from several mock tests with detailed corrections and feedback. Candidates who need to strengthen their foundations may begin with English grammar, vocabulary and other essential language skills before moving into intensive IELTS preparation.
Possible Training Approaches
- Focused preparation for one IELTS module
- Targeted IELTS strategy and examination techniques
- Mock tests followed by detailed corrections and feedback
- Several mock tests to monitor progress before the next attempt
- English grammar and vocabulary development
- A combination of foundation English and IELTS preparation
Individual Online Classes
Individual training is normally arranged for up to two hours per day from Monday to Friday, excluding Saturdays and Sundays. Class timings are arranged according to the availability of both the student and the faculty. All class timings are based on Indian Standard Time (IST).
Faculty availability may vary according to the number of students seeking training, and available individual slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Saturday Group Workshop
Every Saturday, students currently enrolled in our IELTS retake training programme may take part in a group workshop. These sessions provide opportunities for guided practice, discussion, shared learning and additional IELTS-focused activities.
Training with an Experienced IELTS Faculty
The programme is conducted by Mr. Kevin, a TEFL/TESOL-certified IELTS trainer from India with 22 years of IELTS training experience. He has received IELTS-related training from IDP and the British Council and is now based in London. His training approach focuses on identifying the candidate's needs after reviewing their previous IELTS performance and then developing an appropriate preparation plan.
Who Can Apply?
This programme is specifically intended for candidates who have already taken the IELTS test and need another attempt to achieve their required band score. Candidates should be prepared to provide a copy of a recent IELTS Test Report Form for review before admission.
The programme does not guarantee a particular IELTS band score. Your result depends on factors including your current English ability, preparation, attendance, practice, performance in mock tests and ability to apply feedback.
Ready to Prepare for Your Next IELTS Attempt?
If you have already taken IELTS and are preparing for another attempt, you can submit your latest IELTS Test Report Form for consideration.
